1. The verse you are referring to is actually Q5:117

2. It doesn't say "Thou didst cause me to die". Poor translation. Very poor. It actually says " لَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي " which means "Then thou raised me" or "Then thou took me (up)".
