About ISHAT
A group of Highland Games athletes who have teamed up to pool resources and knowledge to benefit everyone involved. We meet 3 times per week to train/throw/practice and are working toward a once per month simulated games and "party" to track progress. Friends, family, and curious/interested people are welcome to come out to our monthly get-together.
If you are interested in competing or just learning more about Scottish Heavy Athletics and the Highland Games and live in or near Northern Indiana, this is a great place to start!
