Sure labradors put on weight easily and if not exercised regularly can become over weight and therefore slow however a Labrador, especially a Working one like mine on a healthy diet with regular exercise and time off...

Insidious and SAW are totally different films, Saw isn't there to scare people it's there to make them think and thrill. You can't compare these to movies in my opinion. Paranormal on the other hand you can And personally this was the much greater film.

If you want cure your "jumping" motion then a really good exercise is to swing with your feet and knees together, it helps you gain more rotation in your swing :)

Also, its hard to see on the video but your right leg seems dead straight in back swing? Perhaps a little more flex. Overall though...
