This is my first hydrogen generator model for my school project. I'm using salt as an electrolyte (iodized). Note: when salt ionizes, it creates chlorine gas and sodium ions. Notice the browny liquid inside the cell, this could be any number of compounds formed as a result of any number of activation energies achieved. The goal is to make a cell as unreactive as possible. This model is just a test of physical design and definitely NOT chemically stable enough to be a feasible machine. The next will improve on these characteristics and the gas production should theoretically be around 5-6 times larger than the one in this video. Stay tuned. :)
