My name is Vimberly and I'm writing you from San Diego, California, United States of America. I'm a secretary of an IIEF (Independent International Eurovision Fans), an organization that was established 1994 in Split, Croatia. After the collapse of OGAE CROATIA which occurred in summer 2003., then Secretary of OGAE CROATIA, Vedran Bralić, started the association EuroDalmatia and later he created a network of independent Eurovision associations. In January 2006. Vedran Bralić sold the organization rights to the office for copyright action here in San Diego. Today this organization network has over 100,000 members in 35 countries. In Europe we have 18 national affiliates, that do interesting projects.

One of these projects is called REVOTING.
In September 2009 we developed a project that will bring together renowned musicians from different countries to vote for songs that are found in certain years of Eurovision. Since August 15th 2010th IIEF began the project of revoting for all the songs that are found on eurovision stage in Frankfurt, Germany in 1957.
All states except Luxembourg have 12 jury members, that every song assessed grades 1-10, and their sum indicates the top 5, to be awarded the following points: 1,2,3,5, and 7 (1957-1960, and 1970); the top 7, to be awarded the fallowing points: 1,2,3,4, 6, 8, 10; the top 10, to be awarded the following points: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10 and 12 (1971-2010).
The jury, which represents Luxembourg is composed of members from 12 various countries.
Each jury member must be a musician who has completed a highly musical education, do not participate in the national Eurovision Song Contest, or took a part to the EuroSong, or in any way be in touch with the competition.
We also continue with the project Dalmatinska pisma, (Dalmatian Song Contest, or abbreviated DalmaSong). This project, the fifth year in a row, brings together young musicians, who's not established yet, to be expressed on the Dalmatian language, a language which collapses under the influence of literary Croatian languague. This project was started in Dubrovnik in February 2006., and the fifth will be held in Split, 30 September 2010th. This year the event will be attended by representatives from twenty-seven Dalmatian areas.
