As weird as it seems randy travis had the same problem as keith whitley but he was somehow able to overcome his problem and use his fame the right way. It stil bothers me 20+ years later that keith whitley had to succumb to the demons of drug and alcohol problems

not to sound prideful and I swear by this. I dont think diet has anything to do with my flares. Mine just comes. Ive tried the diet and have even eliminated chocolate from my diet and it did not work. I think that for people like me if your born with it diet dont do any good
