★INTERNATIONAL TREATIES and the Allied Powers CONCLUDED that Dokdo is Korean territory after WW2:
█THE CAIRO DECLARATION█ (December 1, 1943)
Paragraph 2.
The Three Great ALLIES are fighting this war to restrain and PUNISH the aggression of JAPAN.
JAPAN WILL ALSO BE EXPELLED FROM ALL OTHER TERRITORIES which she has taken by violence and GREED.

█THE POTSDAM DECLARATION█ (July 26, 1945)
Article 8.
The terms of the CAIRO Declaration SHALL BE CARRIED OUT and JAPANESE SOVEREIGNTY SHALL BE LIMITED to the islands of Honshu, Hokkaido, Kyushu, Shikoku and such minor islands AS WE DETERMINE.
(JAPAN UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPTED the Potsdam on August 15, 1945, when Korea became independent.)

█JAPANESE INSTRUMENT OF SURRENDER█ (September 2, 1945)
WE, acting by command of and on behalf of the Emperor of JAPAN, the Japanese Government and the Japanese Imperial General Headquarters, hereby ACCEPT the provisions in the declaration issued at POTSDAM.
We hereby command all civil, military, and naval officials TO OBEY AND ENFORCE ALL PROCLAMATIONS, ORDERS, and DIRECTIVES deemed BY THE SUPREME COMMANDER FOR THE ALLIED POWERS to be proper to effectuate this surrender and issued by him or under his authority.
We hereby undertake for the Emperor, the Japanese Government, and their SUCCESSORS to CARRY OUT THE PROVISIONS OF THE POTSDAM Declaration IN GOOD FAITH, and to issue WHATEVER ORDERS and take WHATEVER ACTION may be required BY THE SUPREME COMMANDER FOR THE ALLIED POWERS for the purpose of giving effect to that declaration.
THE AUTHORITY OF THE EMPEROR AND THE JAPANESE GOVERNMENT to rule the State SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE SUPREME COMMANDER FOR THE ALLIED POWERS, who will take such steps as he deems proper to effectuate these terms of surrender.

█SUPREME COMMANDER FOR THE ALLIED POWERS INSTRUCTION (SCAPIN)█
█SCAPIN No. 677 (January 29, 1946)
3. For the purpose of this directive, JAPAN IS DEFINED to include the four main islands of Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Kyushu and Shikoku) and the approximately 1,000 smaller adjacent islands, including the Tsushima Islands and the Ryukyu (Nansei) Islands north of 30° North Latitude (excluding Kuchinoshima Island); and EXCLUDING Utsuryo(ULLEUNG) Island, and LIANCOURT ROCKS (DOKDO-Takeshima).
5. The definition of Japan contained in this directive SHALL ALSO APPLY TO ALL future directives, memoranda and orders from this Headquarters UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED therein.
(This provision was never revoked or revised by any future directive or treaty.)

█SCAPIN No. 1033 (June 22, 1946)
3 (b) JAPANESE vessels and crews SHALL NOT COME within the area nearer than 12 nautical miles of Takeshima (DOKDO) situated at 37¡Æ15' N., and 131¡Æ53' E., NOR SHALL THEY HAVE ANY ACCESS TO THE ISLANDS.
(This was the very FINAL DECISION on Dokdo, and there has been no international or legal instrument which even mentioned Dokdo or Takeshima ever since.)
------------------------------
★The Republic of KOREA WAS RECOGNIZED BY THE UNITED NATIONS accordingly on December 12, 1948.
★THE SAN FRANCISCO PEACE TREATY (Treaty of Peace with Japan) of 1951 DID NOT EVEN MENTION DOKDO or Takeshima because the matter had already been concluded. (There are about 3,000 islands that belong to Korea and undisputed, and they were not mentioned in the treaty either.)
FURTHERMORE, BOTH DOKDO AND ULLEUNGDO WERE SEPARATED FROM JAPAN according to SCAPIN, but now Japan is shamelessly claiming only Dokdo to steal natural resources around it.
Above all, Korea was not even a party to the treaty (which was only made between the Allied Powers and Japan), and therefore it had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH KOREA'S TERRITORIAL SOVEREIGNTY. (Korea was at war with communists from 1950 to 1953, and South Korea is still the world's last defense line against communism, which Japan should be grateful for.)
Japan regained its sovereignty on April 28, 1952 according to the SF Peace Treaty. (In other words, JAPAN WAS NOT EVEN A SOVEREIGN NATION when the matter was concluded. Now they are lying. How pathetic. That's Japan. Very Japanese.)
Under the terms of the SF Peace Treaty, the United States still maintains naval bases in Japan, as the treaty and the new Japanese Constitution imposed during the occupation severely restrict the size and purposes of Japanese military forces. In 1954 the Japanese Self-Defense Forces were established under a civilian director. (Why? The whole world learned dearly that THERE IS NO TRUSTING JAPAN, even the Japanese themselves.)
Let Japan try bringing the joke to ICJ. It would be a lot faster if Japan built an International Court of JOKES. Let it sink and die trying. Japan will not get anything in another millennium. That's why we couldn't care less--it's NOT KOREAN CULTURE TO LIE OR BRING JOKES TO COURTS, and nobody goes to any court with stupid Japanese liars and thieves.
