The Interstitial Cystitis Association (ICA) advocates for research dedicated to discovery of a cure and better treatments, raises awareness, and serves as a central hub for the healthcare providers, researchers and millions of patients who suffer with constant urinary urgency and frequency and extreme bladder pain called IC, or interstitial cystitis. Established in 1984, the ICA remains today the only non-profit health association dedicated solely to improving the lives of those affected by interstitial cystitis (IC).

The ICHelp Channel provides short video clips about IC. We aim to offer a wide range of opinions about the latest treatment, research and coping strategies. Videos posted on the ICHelp Channel may not be reflective of ICA organizational positions.
