We are a builder in Louisville, KY that builds custom homes with ICF - Insulated Concrete Forms. These homes are extremely energy efficient, sound deadening, and best of all - very competitively priced to traditional stick built construction and other ICF homes. Our block are different - about 30%-40% less expensive than other ICF blocks keeping the build cost less expensive. These blocks are used for residential and commercial building applications.
