No.. Someone who doesn't apologize aren't those people, nor do they think they're better than them.
No, they are the people who think there's no point because life's going to end...soon...

They don't love anyone truly, because it's hard if you don't love yourself...
So, you don't apologize, because if you that makes you look sad... And it's better to look mean than to look sad..

To be honest there's no one I hate. What's the point hating someone you'll never meet.
And if you do meet, then get over it. You can either think of a rational way that benefits you or just leave it so you don't jeopardize whatever situation you're in.
I'd like to think I'm not the type of person to broadcast who I don't like just to get back at them..Not my style!^^
