This happened to me when I was carrying the entire team with 30 kills and winning, my team mate got killed by running striaght into my sticky grenade and he booted me. I sent him a message saying why did you boot me? he said, coz you killed me. -_-

I'm pretty sure that if I get killed by knives, lag compensation (which happens 80% of the time.) I have a reason to rage quit due to the lag. Because the game is unplayable at best due to this. If you rage quitted a game in MW2 or CoD4 because you weren't doing good, there is no excuse for rage ...
