About Me:
Forever restless, after years of experimenting with visuals, capturing a melancholic as well as furious side of life inspired by sounds and music; in February 2006, his first short film "Scream", won Best Experimental Short Film at The New York Minute Film Festival. Among others, Celebrity judges were Joel Schumacher, Eric Watson and Rosario Dawson.
In 2010 Rude decided to jump into the waters of music to combine his two passions, music and film. His original, trippy, unusually hypnotic sounds create a unique style all on its own, Hybrid Music.
The first single, "Won't Wait" generated rave reviews and over 2,000 fans in a matter of two days on Jango radio, while hybrid fans awaited the album debut. A year later, the final result is the album"GRITTY". Released on July 9, 2011.
Upon the release of his debut album Gritty, Hybridly Rude was featured "Artist of the Week" on Billboard Pro July 13, 2011.
