I have a large DVD collection. I paid good money for every item. None of them is illegally loaded from unauthorized source.

Sometimes I have used inserts from these DVDs in my video editions in order to make my point while creating something for therapeutic or satirical purposes. Usually the borrowed material comes from elder movies which are not any more in active commercial rotation.

As well, I dare say that no corporation has ever failed to sell a movie ticket or rent out a DVD, because somebody saw one of my YouTube editions. On the contrary, short movie extracts in YouTube work like free commercials which encourage to find and to see the original movie in its entirety.

Then one day my YouTube account (MikkoJack) was suspended without any discussion or court order, because Fox Corporation claimed the video called Julie Andrews Mystery(xQdbgnrZoeY) and I dared to submit a dispute. Poof, hundreds of hours work including my own original home video material saved only to eternal YouTube was gone. I ask that was this fair!?

I understand that Youtube has to play with the rules of bully boys. Cleopatra nearly sank Fox Studios, but the The Sound of Music with Julie Andrews saved their asses. No wonder that Fox Corporation got nervous with me.

I dont try to prove anything. Besides, how could I, since all my disturbing proofs were deleted. You can say that my videos were rubbish. However, one day there will be a truly talented mash-up artist whose videos have inspired and comforted millions, but his lifes work will also be deleted with a high hand and frivolity. Do the greedy corporations think that they own the copyrights on alphabet and they can sue every writer?!
