I am a student of Sifu Reza Momenan and Sifu Hon Lee of the Jow Ga Shaolin Institute in Herndon Virginia. I have been studying Jow Ga and Mizong Kung Fu, Lion Dance and Yang Tai Chi since 2003 and have been studying Chinese Martial Arts since 1994. I reside in Sugar Hill Georgia and teach traditional Chinese Martial Arts for health, self-defense and well being.
