stop and don't let go of the clutch so quick and just give it gas like 1100 rpm then it goes up with out this happening I have a fwd car and live in a street that is a bit steeper than that and it works for me and if that doesn't work then turn the fwd car around and do the same in reverse

I whuld head done the oppisit red first then the black part because then you wouldnt head to tape twice and do some sanding its easy and comes out looking 40X better.

And if you dont mind it looking strange up close why do this its pointless to refurbish something if you dont do it good!!!
