This channel is dedicated to Howard Winstone the World Champion boxer from Merthyr Tydfil. Howard's career was a remarkable one, at the age of sixteen Howard was involved in an accident and he lost the tips of his fingers on his right hand. With this injury Howard Winstone developed a boxing style devised around the left jab, and went onto win the world title. A film is currently being produced about this man's great life starring John Noble, Brian Blessed, Marco Antonio Barrera, Enzo Maccarenelli, Alan Minter and Michael Bennt with other big boxings names!

	ryanboxx12 (1 year ago) wow these vidoes are great im a distant relative of howard winstone and ive been tryin really hard to find out as much as possible about him ive not found much video archive footage so im so glad i found this page. howard was truly a great boxer one of britians best theyve ever produced..really looking forward to the film risen which should be a glowing tribute to a true boxing legend
	timemachine321 (1 year ago) great stuff,howard winstone is overlooked by the hall of fame i think they should take a look at this page,the man never lost to a british or europeon boxer 67 fights 61 wins and he had 3 fingers missing on his right hand , ed brophy and co seem to know nothing about britians best fighters , conteh ,winstone,downes,surely should be inducted
