Hi there! I've been giving away crowd recipes and personally cooking for a crowd for the past 21 years, firstly with a very successful catering company (yep.... that I still own) and then with 2 successful restaurants.

There's a knack to cooking for a crowd, it's not just a case of multiplying your ingredients like a lot of folks think.

It's actually quite an art.......

I love cooking (well duh.... pretty dumb if I didn't, isn't it? lol) and it is a huge pleasure for me to share my crowd recipes with you.

Things don't need to be difficult, you've just gotta know what you are doing. That's where I come in! Hopefully I can save you heaps of time, money and put an end to your catering headaches once and for all.
