Sometimes I get unkind comments from people who complain about my presentation of cooking in a sexy way, but look at it this way... think for a moment about all the guys that were surfing for boobs. Most of those other girls just strut around in bikinis or lingerie and don't teach people anything, but when the guys find my videos they get to learn something useful as a result, plus, after they are done watching my videos, lots of other cooking videos from other chefs show up in the related videos column, so those chefs are getting tons of crossover exposure to people who were not even looking for cooking videos in the first place. So please thank me now, I'm waiting. ------------------------------

Question from FunkinFit: We learn so much from these video. Amaze us many. Now for cooking question! We like to be cooking the cow steak but many time the cow now available in our country. Would the donkey be cooking for same time? Do a sauce recipe for the donkey you have? We know you can help.
Answer: How lucky you are! In China, it's not hard to find Donkey meat, but here in USA, I'm not sure if you can buy donkey meat. Donkey meat is much more healthy than Cow meat and you can prepare it the same as the Elk steak recipe I have shown you. I think if you have a hard time to get the fish sauce then you can leave that ingredient out. For more flavor, try slicing the Donkey meat into thin strips and then letting it soak (marinate). It will be yummy. After it's cooked, you can even eat it cold. Its very good. Now I'm jealous because I have not had Donkey meat since last August when I was visiting China. Thanks for your question!

Answer: Did you know, in China, hardly anyone has an oven in their home? Only the bakery shops have ovens, so I never did any baking in China. I do have a yummy Baked Salmon video and a BBQ Roast Chicken video in my list up there and I plan to spend more time learning to bake. I love Italian bread, so maybe I'll try that next time. Last Christmas I made cupcakes, but they didn't turn out too good. You can see that video too.

Question from adr1an361: Tifa, i see in your videos you use vegetable oil alot. wouldn't it be healthier to use coconut oil for lets say frying? or even olive oil?
Answer: You can use those other oils but you should use the virgin coconut oil because the hydrogenated coconut oil has lots of Trans fatty acids which will make you have the bad cholesterol go up in your body and that can cause heart disease. Olive oil is yummy but it's easy to burn if you don't watch it, so be mindful about your wok temperature. Also, each kind oil has a different pH levels. If you easily get canker sores or cold sores, don't eat too much olive oil.
