I would never argue with the results Mike has demonstrated, however it is important to note that it is better to keep your feet firmly planted during the "corkscrew" exercise, it increases the difficulty and effectiveness of the lift.

@epicnutshotsofhistor There was a lot more to Japans involvement in the war than you or I understand, but I do agree that the loss of life during the events surrounding japans entrance, and ultimately exit, from the war was tragic
