My horse, my gift, my treasure, my friend.
She gives me comfort and hope till the end.
I watch her grow and trust in me.
She does the same as we both live free.
For I am not a rider for sport or work,
I ride to feel the beats of her hooves on the dirt.
Her ears turn to me for my command and song,
I whisper in her ear and brush her mane so long.
For it was her in my dreams that I was able,
To know
that sweet name of my horse Sable.
