One of the goals of Horizon Investor Services is to help out people who are having financial hardships, such as not being able to make their monthly mortgage payments. We help by either re-financing them, or possibly purchasing the home from them out right. From there, we go in and restore the home and then re-sell the home at a low cost, which helps out another family too.
The second goal of Horizon Investor Services is to list houses for sale on our website with detailed photographs. The houses listed are either Horizon's properties, from home owners wanting to sell, or from real estate agents looking to advertise their name. We regularly host Open Houses and pay special attention on how best to sell each individual home.
