Hoops of Hope is the worlds largest free throw marathon all for a great cause. Participants sign up to shoot thousands of free throws during a Hoops of Hope event. Hoops of Hope events are held in various locations throughout the year. Through sponsorship, participants raise money and awareness for the thousands of children orphaned by HIV/AIDS each day. Over the past few years, participants have raised over $1M to help build a high school, a medical clinic and have funded a second clinic. In partnership with World Vision, international relief organization, in 2009, our goal is to build dorms for the school as well as hope centers for orphan children in Swaziland.
