Love the 'Research' video. The reality-style footage invites the viewer to identify with the shopper. How come a lot of these Honda commercials don't actually air on TV?

See video: 2010 Honda Elite problem starting. Read the comments from the last page first. You will notice when the news comes in that this business (Central Florida Powersports, Inc.) comes back with their deliberate lie. I am making sure EVERYONE knows about this injustice. Honda USA is no better as they hide behind the findings of this small town bike distributor/dealer. Honda... the videos I've posted prove they are lying yet you defend them. All this for a simple $45 part that my friend was able to fix...yet this dealership tried to con me out of nearly $1000.00 parts/labor.  sad...

I drove the new scooter only 7 weeks before it failed. I am not a mechanic and did not touch the engine other than to change the motor oil prior to the scooter failing to restart. 3 days after it failed to restart a viewer on my YouTube Video suggested I check the spark plug. I did and neither the original or the new one I bought fixed the problem. I had the scooter towed to the dealership and they charged me $80 to drop it off and another $200 to check the engine to see if it would be covered under warranty. Then asked if I would agree for them to check the engine! Brand New scooter folks! 750 miles on it! Drove it 7 weeks! Of course I would agree, its new and under warranty! Then they voided, yes VOIDED the warranty when they claimed I put the wrong size spark plug in the motor (which was a deliberate lie).

Allow me to share with you how Honda treated me. On April 25, 2011 I bought a brand new Honda Elite 110 scooter. On May 21, I performed the first oil change. On June 5 while checking on the security of the church where I work the scooter failed to restart. The security cameras capture me driving up and turning off the scooter, yet it would not restart...leaving me 3miles from home. The dealership was notified that night via. email of my situation. The next day I made a YouTube video seeking help from the community. Please visit my page and read comments from the beginning.
