@zombiejournals ........adding liquid malt extract at the beginning of a one hour boil will caramelize the LME......

You would think that this kit would come with brew enhancer 2 with light dry malt not brew enhancer 1

My beer looked just as good as the one in your hand except it tasted like sparkling pond water............

Must be fermentation temperatures........the wife won't let me have a bucket with water and ice............only live in an apt.....

@chamblizi ..............well after so many failed coopers beer batches I don't have a lot of faith in this kit....I wish I knew what it was supposed to taste like because all I've ever gotten out of it was disgusting pond water.........maybeit was the ferment temps of 72 degrees C

@makebeer Yes. I see it is available in the United States.....However it would cost a fortune to ship it to Canada........To Bad it wasn't actually available at a Canadian Store......
