HELPING THE PEOPLE, a Non-Profit Home Ownership Awareness & Resource Center has launched their HOME RESOLUTION PROGRAM (HRP) to address the current Foreclosure Crisis and provide a REAL SOLUTION for homeowners. Once a homeowner experiences financial hardship it's vital for them to get accurate information and then make tough, responsible and timely decisions. We've made alliances with the appropriate partners to give homeowners the options and information they deserve during this emotional and sensitive time in their lives.

This program works in cooperation with the Government's HOME AFFORDABLE MODIFICATION PROGRAM (HAMP) and provides solutions for homeowners facing financial hardship. The plain TRUTH is...there are 3 options - HAMP, SHORT SALE & FORECLOSURE. Our chosen partners are professional and experienced. They are providing support and solutions on a full-time basis so they are aware of the obstacles, the constantly changing conditions within the servicers and lenders and know how to properly process client applications in a timely manner. The initial Consultation is FREE OF CHARGE WITH NO OBLIGATION
