Well, I'm born and raised in the west country, I love food and everything about it, especially chilies... Cooked are fine but a nice, fresh and hot one is twice as nice to eat than cooked (that's just my opinion)
I will be testing bought chilies and growing some of my of own, using a window box so unfortunately I'm only getting 2/4 from each.

I've always loved to eat chilies, but never had I explored the true tastes and powers of the capsicum until watching Neil and his Chili tests. Neil and his company TheHippySeedCompany are a big inspiration for me to grow my own from time to time and to test some of the hottest chilies and sauces I can find.
In no way am I trying to copy anyone else and their ideas... I just love to feel the burn and hope other people can be inspired to grow their own chilies etc....

I am now reviewing chilies and hot sauces on a regular. Big shout out to my first review partner TED! You're missed man and hope you doing well back in Taiwan. I have to say, my new review crew is fantastic! Two awesome friends from University... Nich & Lok.. Nice work guys, both dealing with the burn well and feeling it afterward s lol...
