About Me:
 
My name is Kit and I'm currently in recovery from anorexia and depression. All my videos are about recovering from eating disorders. I guess the reason I make videos is because of my own experiences with anorexia. Anorexia is such a deceptive thing and I guess once I realised that...once I began to see through the illusions it presented to me, it made me angry to to discover that I had been so well deceived.

Making videos and watching other recovery videos helps me. And if I can help just one other person to develop insight into their eating disorder then I will have suceeded here.

Eating disorders make you feel utterly powerless and that is the greatest lie of all. It IS possible to recover from an eating disorder.

Hi, I understand what its like, I too had strugled with this at one time. But it can be done, I know we are all different, just know we are all loved. I now feel alot better and eating healthy. Im working on the raw food lifestyle after having problems with the wrong foods. Hope you accept my invitation, I will support you in any way. Thank you

I'm struggling with anorexia for almost a year now, I've seen so many therapists and I've been to so many institutions trying to recover - but nothing helped as much as your videos! I'm really glad you shared your achievements here on youtube and I can't thank you enough for those really stunning, inspirational videos - they give me new hope and strength every day!
