I feel very bad for Billy Panas' poor parents. They lost their son because thug cop Sgt. Frank
Tepper felt like murdering him. It is difficult to watch Billy's folks being interviewed. Tepper is
the recipient of a staggering 57 internal affairs complaints (the Philly PD claims it is seven, as
they only count complaints they actually investigate.) Tepper should have been fired after,
say, the first 10 complaints were filed. However, his thug department repeatedly covered up
his crimes until it was too late! Ironically, two other complained-about thug cops, Liczbinski
and Simpson, were killed a mere few blocks from where Tepper executed young Panas.

Officer Robert W. Smith of Bridgeton, NJ was arrested January 18, 2012 for drug trafficking.

4 officers were arrested this morning, January 24, 2012, in East Haven, Connecticut for racially profiling Hispanics. I've not been able to find a video of it yet.
