Freedom of the press is essential to democracy. Applying a healthy skepticism to any reporting is fair and necessary. Take a step back and apply healthy (not hateful anti American) skeptic reasoning to all or some of what's being documented here as fact by Accuracy in Media. If they're right, think of the ramifications this caused to sway opinion thereby adding up to votes. Who ultimately benefited? Who was right in the totality of their predictions concerning Indochina to the historical outcome of the war? What legislation was passed prior to this outcome and what political party was in control of congress? What future effect did this have that still goes on to this day? See if you can historically connect the dots.
