@Zw00k I sue didn't. :/ In fact, I found out that the folks at Disney have apparently never released this soundtrack on CD. As far as I can tell, the only versions available are LPs from the 70s that included both the songs and spoken bits.

Last movie that made me cry? Jeff Bridges banging on the window of a sinking ship while his wife is trapped inside, and they both know she's not going to be able to get out. The movie was 'White Squall.' Didn't bawl... but my eyes got watery.

This was brilliant. I've given up on watching CNN's coverage of this, disgusted by their logos, dramatic music and catch-phrase names. They've now moved on to the situation in Libya... also with logos / cop drama music / catch-phrase. It's ludicrous.

Had no idea they'd released a 2.0 version of this. I loved the typewriter effect, and it's a pity they took it out. Really hope it wasn't the OP for The Matrix that made them remove the green numerals. I mean, this is what inspired The Matrix, surely they weren't worried someone would accuse them...

The solo vocal should have been longer. Every time I hear this / watch this part, I wish it could slow down for that one bit, add in 1 or 2 extra beats of vocal, and then segue into the choir section. Ah well. Always reminded me of Yoko Kanno.
