Hello,
I am at the moment training for the 2011 USATF World Masters Games being held in Sacramento, CA and this channel we begin to journal my life until then. I will be uploading great workouts I have come across and inspirational videos I feel can lead you to success and your goals in life and you future. My You tube channel can hopefully show and inspire someone who may think they are over the hill or it's to late to start to get off the couch and pursue their life dreams that they didn't thank they could. Start with little steps and together they will become big steps in no time at all. When I said I was going to start high jumping last March, I was ridiculed and made fun of by those I thought were close to me. Now those naysayers are out of the picture and my life and jumping success has improved 100%. Ignore them and follow what's inside of you and and your work and dedication will get you through it.
