Not a big fan overall of the piece but I really like the passage from 1:33-1:50. IMO it sounds like it belongs in one of Chopin's polonaises. I like the lyrical aspect of it.

Providing opportunity for the less affluent is always at the expense of other people's money. Unless in some fantasy world where the government prints money and somehow inflation doesn't happen then sure providing equal opportunity is a great idea.
