High feed mills buddy. not high speed inserts. Get your terminology right before calling me out. Look again. You are clearly not a Machinist if you think 100 IPM is max. These cutters are designed to spin 5K (1018 mat) and feed .03/tooth. The 1 " has 3 teeth. Figure it out.

lol, you should show what the shank looks like after coming out of the hole. The cutters are great for fast metal removal but suck for any holes deeper than 1". Unless you have a really good blast of air to remove the chip, you will burn up your shank pretty bad.
