@ThunderPower I think Paul did TTWY on a tour already.. 2002? Oh Darling would be great, but not sure Paul could pull that off now. Not without toning it down some. I wouldn't mind it if he did some of John's songs, like In My Life, And Your Bird Can Sing and a host of others..

I was 17 in 1977. By all rights, I should have been buying Ramone records and celebrating the best music of my youth.. But no. You never heard these guys on top 40 radio. I never got into them till much later..

John's body language is so funny when Paul is introducing "Money".. He's like, "C'mon Paul, lets start the bloody song already!".

This performance is even more amazing when you realize just how young they were..RIngo 23, John had just turned 23, Paul 21, George 20..They had already conquered England and were about to slay the USA.. Biggest show biz phenom ever..

I think this song was once a beautiful memory for the man at 1:18, and perhaps the person he shared that memory with is now gone.. So the memory now has some pain mixed in with the beauty.. Never get tired of this song, even after 30 years of listening.. The album version reminds me of "Be My Baby" in some ways..

Saw this on TV back in the day.. Thanks for posting it.. I still have it on an old VHS tape.. "For the high heel he use to be, has been ground down". Probably my most favorite line by EC. I didn't see him until '96, and he opened up with this song.. That was just awesome.
