hey answer to your question on john cenas muscle video. hugh diets aint everything just mainly stay away from the saturated fats, take protein shakes n junk when you train. i have a diet that has me have around one or two sugary substances a day but i have alot of milk n fruit n vedge n stuff lyk dah. hope it helped
