I am carer for someone with DID. I was frustrated by the total lack of information for DID. I stay strong and cared for my wife and also her little ones. I has been a long road. I just hope one day, I can get support for being a carer. Now I have become involved in with a community of DID on YouTube. Currently this is giving me support and knowledge which I dearly yearned for. Thank you.

Thanks for posting this. It's awesome. I have DID and I have found little help from the psychiatric community. I appreciate what you are doing to help validate who we are!!

Thanks for not sensationalizing it. It is a life of shame, pain and loneliness. People (including the professionals) tend to reduce Us to a diagnosis, a freak, an oddity. And what they never realize it that treating Us that way is only re-inacting the same abuse and isolation and silencing which caused this "disorder" in the fist place.

Thanks for remembering We are human. We ALL are as human as you can get especially after surviving such inhumanity.
