In late 2006, Don Bankston and James Griffith of Hammond, Louisiana envisioned providing state of the art experience cameras to adventure enthusiasts for rent. The rental would be much like renting your skis or kayak or scheduling a parachute jump. The key would be a simple one stop system which would handle both the rental and provide a quick easy method of transferring the recorded footage from the camera to a DVD or a Flash drive. For the first time, adventure enthusiasts and extreme hobbyists would be able to capture the thrill of their adventures and take home a DVD or Flash drive of the experience that day. This new concept in capturing live action memories would allow operators to easily earn new revenue while focusing on their main business. Our support team would handle all before, during and after sale issues that arise. The customer returns home with the DVD or Flash drive of their experience footage ready for viewing. Bankston and Griffith joined forces with Clay Mixon a premiere IT programmer in the Florida Parishes area of Louisiana. Mixon developed the software to control the rental transaction and the transfer of data. Mixon also designed the one stop kiosk that Adventure Eye Video manufactures for the rental process. The kiosk system was developed to accommodate the ever changing and rapidly emerging wearable camera industry's advances in technology. In addition, the Adventure Eye Video System allows operators to use the cameras that are most appropriate for their operation instead of being married to just one camera or camera manufacturer.

4. Sales and Rental efforts begin in October of 2007.
5. The first rental partners are signed October of 2007.
6. The first ski season rental roll-out winter 2007.
7. Developed and manufactured Version 1 Little Red Box Kiosk winter 2008.
8. Exhibited at the SIA (SnowSports Industries America) Snow Show for the first time in 2008.
9. Signed rental agreement with Vail Ski School in late 2008.
10. Developed and manufactured Version 1 Red Rack Mount System Kiosk early 2009.
11. Signed exclusive rental contract with Specialty Sports Ventures the largest outdoor retailer in USA in early 2009.
12. Signed agreement with V.I.O., Inc. camera manufacturer in February of 2009.
13. Signed rental agreement with Carnival Corporation in May of 2009 to provide rental system for 2010 cruise season on nineteen (19) ships.
14. Developed and manufactured Version 1 Red Box Kiosk Cabinet with Audio-Visual Display mid 2009.
15. Signed rental agreement with Kerzner International Bahamas Limited (Atlantis Resort) in September of 2009.
16. Exhibited for the first time at The Power of DEMA (The Diving Equipment and Marketing Association) Show in November of 2009.
17. Adventure Eye Video Systems featured in news blast issued by SIA (SnowSports Industries America) in January of 2010.
