Fav Boss design. Anyway, make sure to have as many Thunder type weapons as possible(Thunder Buster is a Great choice) Don't use X's Hyper Mode, and NEVER start boss battles in Hyper Mode.
Battle Normally for a few turns, and then use Spider and Massimo's Hypermodes, but not X. Make sure you let X charge his WE to 100% for his Charge Shot critical and Thunder element for bonus damage!
