plus look at the size of that connector, not something you'd want to carry in your pocket, the mini-usb could be sat on without damage or knowledge of it being under you... but that monstrosity would get in the way why the massive 30pin connector?

These are great speakers, and the compatability is extremely useful!

I have them hooked up to my tv (via the optical link) so anything that connects to the tv can use them (laptop, xbox360), I use the 3.5mm jacks to connect to my PC. Perhaps my only criticism is that I find the optical input seem...

i have the same set, very good speakers amazing clarity at high end :)

and for a PC speaker set the subwoofer is very nice

it manages to rattle my mirror and desk objects =D

hehe headset bass tickles my head :)
