Oh i wanted to add tho- i do understand why appearance is part of a psych. eval. they (the person w/clipboard) uses self care as an indicator of depression etc. and there is also to much hygene (spelling?- sorry it's late I'm babbling mania anyone??;) -compulsive handwashing etc.

I'm also on anti depress & anexiety meds (buspar & celexa) I dnt think the do a helluva lot of good on their own but all 3 together + my pain management stuff seems to keep me on an even keel. HOWEVER I wonder how many of "us" need meds I know I do, & I would definantly get input frm people close...
