@tomitstube I have lived in Santa Barbara for 67 years, and I have seen so many actors come and go. I have never asked even one, for an autograph. I think it's silly.

They are very lucky people to have such high paying jobs. But they are human, and are also inclined to fill their lives with sex...

How can one enjoy the music when the film freezes every 6 seconds. It makes it worse than nothing at all

@lychee57 what happened to finger prints? When my son was born, his hands and his feet were printed on the certificate. Does that take a long time to check? No. What about DNA. If it didn't match the mother it isnt hers.

@unclepup This is silent movie? Shearer is the worst actress ever in films. If she had not been Jewish they would have laughed her off the screen. Small beady eyes so close to her nose. sheesh. she can't act either

@carlos071852 Not quite....Luciano Pavarotti is always the greatest. He stayed at the top for 50 years. He had that special quality, that you could recognize among all the great tenors. :)

I think that Cary Grant and Gregory Peck did exceed Power in looks. They looked masculine. Power was beautiful. So flawless. Male actors referred to him as the "gay boy." Never knew if that was true.

@tickledpink2U Yes, Ty was beautiful. But he cheated on Linda, and when she had 2 girls, he was terribly disappointed. He wanted a son..so he dumped her, and married a very young girl. He died at age 44, just before she gave birth to a son.

@heyyy185 It's me again...he had to leave that witch of a woman. To desire love, he had no choice. I was the "other woman" twice in my life, and he had good reason to leave. Most men, however...choose the money over a real love. It's his nature. :(

@plitchford Yes endurance. I started this ;boogie and Calif Swing at the Hollywood Palladium starting in 1945...I met husband there, and we were married. Dancing keeps the mind young. I am now 82 years old, and still do the Lindy Hop, and the Boogie at a slower pace. Try it!! Beth
