Starting weight: 60 kilos (132 pounds/9.4 stone)...
@Parkour7410 Diet is 70% of your gains, gym is good and protein helps but your diet is where it should start. Dont eat maccas or any crappy fats, good fats, carbs and protein is very good. Chicken and rice is an excellent meal.

@insanityisvanity Hey bud, I would reccomend if you cannot afford suppliments at this time, just to concentrate on eating 6-7 meals a day.. With a good source of protein (i.e. Chicken, tuna, fish, steak) and good carbs (rice, mashed potato, sweet potato, pasta) . You will see results if you eat e...
