HeartShare Human Services provides vital services to nearly 30,000 children, adults and their families throughout New York. Founded in 1914, it offers a wide array of services including: education programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, day programs for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities, residential services for adults with developmental disabilities, case management, recreation activities and health care services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. HeartShare also offers foster care and adoption services, family counseling, after-school and summer camp programs, HIV/AIDS services, and energy assistance and cell phone service programs for low-income individuals.
