I reside in California with my husband and two children. I graduated from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. I am also very proud to be an Independent Diamond Beachbody Coach and I help people get physically and financially fit by using Beachbody products that have been known to be successful along with my "REAL NUTRITION" knowledge from IIN.
People many times ask me, "Why Do You Do This?" I answer them by saying "I feel passionate about helping others find their way to a sustainable relationship with healthy food and fitness".
