I am into health and fitness not the commercial rubbish but the true facts! I have just completed the CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 in San Diego and am fired up to learn more. True health is understanding your body and mind and learning to listen to it. Over the past two years I have had my eyes opened to what is actually in our food and now purely eat organic foods and raw milk!! I've learnt that doing your research is paramount!
Be open minded, there is a whole fantastic world of knowledge and health that the government are doing the upmost to make a taboo subject!! Heaven forbid the world gets healthy and stops making them money!!!
We have got to keep promoting the Organic farmers out there - because when we are all too sick from eating all this rubbish processed produce we will be turning to them to make us better!!
In this fast culture we live in people lose sight of what's important and I believe that being true to yourself and the important people in your life is what counts! Your loved ones are everything!
