Dr. Ting was born in Hong Kong. He studied Medicine at the University of Sydney Medical School of Australia in the 90's. During his medical studies, he learned from his profs that 85% of the conditions are lifestyle related and thus can be prevented; and the rest of the conditions need surgical or medical intervention.

He immigrated to Vancouver in the 90's and studied at the University of British Columbia. From his previous insights gained from medical training and his undergraduate studies in Vancouver, BC; he reconsidered his career path. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in the states and settled down to practice in Vancouver, BC since then.

Chiropractors treat the underlying cause of sickness and disease without using drugs and surgery because perfect structure equals perfect function. Dr. Ting knows that the power that made the body heals the body. He gives 100% of his faith to this principle and teaches his patients to trust this and let go of the fallacy that sickness and disease can be healed with a potion, lotion, or pill. Chiropractor's recognize that the body heals from within, not by outside in.
