Rejoice Wellness Concepts: Consulting in Personal Growth, To better Personal Health. Personal growth, like stages of child development has to be nurtured carefuly. My own
growth at times may cry out for reasons beyound my knowing at which times my parenting intuition
should emerge to the forefront. A basic college text book defines personal growth as self-actualization: i.e; "the full realization of one's potential". A more explicit definition of self-actualization according to Maslow is "intrinsic growth of what is already in the organism, or more accurately, "growth of the organism itself". Self-actualization is growth-motivated rather than deficiency-motivated. People that have reached self-actualization are characterized by certain behaviors.
They embrace reality and confront facts rather than denying truth. They are spontaneous. And able to adapt to changing enviroments.They are interested in solving problems. And answering mysteriesThey are accepting of themselves and others and lack prejudice. It is my desire to join an organization offering greater career and personal opportunities. I do this with the confidence of Associates and Proxies willing to verify my education, the quality of my work and my readiness to go the extra mile.
