We saw your comment on the LOVE IS... video and we want to thank you for being so understanding about our situation. We have been noticing a lot of people have been complaining about the video taking a long time to come out, but it is really difficult because 1 minute on a video can take a whole day to a week just to finish. So it is really time consuming. Plus we have to add on work, school, and life. haha It's really nice to see that there are fans who really do understand our situation.
