About this user

HAVANNA consists of two Professional Musicians.

Our standard set up is Piano and Vocals, augmented with very soft percussion. A versatile bassist extended our repertoire at occational events.

Our music style covers Smooth-Jazz, Blues, Pop-Ballads as well as light Classical pieces and Instrumentals.

This wide range will compliment any occasion and reliably creates a warm and intimate atmosphere. Our genre includes covers from Katie Melua, Norah Jones, Vaya con Dios, Robbie Williams and several more. We usually extend their repertoire with our own compositions and variations.

Ilse Mulle - piano and vocals - has been performing in Germany for 15 years. She returned to South Africa in August 2008 to continue her career as a professional musician.

Wynand Mare is well known for his subtle and delicate touch on the drums thus invoking the excitement of live percussion into our performances often missed in "backtracks" performances.

As a full time two-piece band, HAVANNA featured in the Southern Sun Hotels entertainment program. We also performed at various Hotels and upmarket Restaurants in and around Gauteng.

We will compliment any Social Event!
