Maybe some of you still don't take this issue seriously. But the chef had really terrible accident. It's not like she can be back after she got some rest. It's not that easy for her. Francis told me that it would take time for her to recover completely. We will have to miss her for a while but it doesn't mean CWD is gone. So please keep supporting them. I'm not sure what else I can do for them. But I know I can still call for you guys to give some energy to her through YouTube.
Francis has been really down . He will inform how she is sometimes on their channel. I'm not sure how long it will take for the chef to recover completely. But Francis said that things are taking a turn for the better. So I think we can breathe again now.

I called for my viewers to make a video message to her. And I've got a lot of video messages only in a few days! This proves cookingwithdog has been loved by so many people from all over the world. I'm sure there are still more people who has something to say for her. So this is the some of our message to the chef. Please get well soon...
I couldn't notice some of your video messages that you attached to my e-mail address... I'm so sorry about that. I wanted to use every one of your video but I got so many e-mails and I was so panic.... I hope you will understand me. You can post the video as video response to this video. The chef will be able to watch whenever she got well. Thank you!

A friend of mine gave me a huge bunch of fresh rosemary and I was looking for ways to use it when I found this recipe here: http://projects.washingtonpost.com/re...
Ingredients:
4 (four- to six-ounce ) fillets orange roughy, mullet, cod, sea bass or other flaky white fish Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary leaves (from about 1 sprig) Zest of 2 oranges, finely chopped Directions:
Pat the fish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, rosemary and orange zest and heat just until the garlic sizzles. Add the fish and cook until golden and crisp on 1 side, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook until the fish is opaque throughout and flakes easily, 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness. The garlic and zest will turn golden; if they begin to brown, immediately reduce the heat to medium-low.
Transfer the fillets to individual plates and spoon the flavored oil mixture over the top. Serve immediately.
